And suddenly from heaven there came a sound like the rush of a violent wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. Divided tongues, as of fire, appeared among them, and a tongue rested on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other languages, as the Spirit gave them ability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The wait was over \u2013 the 50<sup>th<\/sup> day had come and there was a fiery commotion \u2013 wild wind, tongues, languages they didn\u2019t know they knew \u2013 all praising God\u2019s deeds of power \u2013 the Holy Spirit filling them as the Gift of 7 arrived: wisdom and understanding-counsel and fortitude-knowledge and piety &#8211; and the fear of the LORD. \u00a0The promise of Ascension had arrived but they still wondered \u201cWHAT DOES THIS MEAN!?\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 Like most wisdom- it would be made clear down the road &#8211; as they opened their hearts and God moved the mountains of dismay and doubt.\u00a0 Peter saw the last great day of the LORD \u2013 the Hour that now Is- <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">when everyone who cries out to the Lord will be saved.\u00a0<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>About this hour, Meister Eckhart the 14<sup>th<\/sup> century german theologian said: <\/strong><strong>\u201cThe most important hour is always the present; <\/strong><strong>the most significant person is precisely the one who is sitting across from you right now; <\/strong><strong>the most necessary work is always love.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>When the day of Pentecost had come, the disciples were all together in one place.
